Acrop or HB??

Ok I have been noticing lately that when the Acrop site loads 75% of the time it will load everything down to the Links and nothing futher. THEN BIG ASS PAUSE and then it will reload the rest of the page. I would post this on the ADMIN HB but I dont get it everwhere and this place seems to do it more then the rest.

You could blame network speed on my end but running a T3 or a T1 and a DSL at home.. me thinks not.


Any ideas?? Maybe the browser is just getting stuck in all that sticky chocolate.


Also in general it HB seems REALLY dog slow lately.. anyone else have troubles??

there are many reasons why this board takes longer
to load than, say, your board, cya....

this board also does various tests for me...
as i try out things i need to try out... [img]redface.gif[/img]

besides, HB is undergoing lots of changes
behind the scenes... which has alot to do with
the loading... not to mention some bandwidth
issues at the moment....

but not to fear... things will be better soon [img]smile.gif[/img]

yes that happened to me before. it hasnt happened recently though

When it pauses at the lazybar links, I usually hit refresh, and it loads much faster.

yeah... i do the same.

it does happen to me on the acrop....

but also on main category pages the most.

well, i get it more at forums themselves, and posts, for some reason, and i get it a lot, but i just wait for it to pop up.
